  Alex Plaza is a keeper! It was by fate that he approached me unexpectedly last week about coming in to see him. I wasn't exactly looking for another vehicle, but God knew just what I needed at the right time. The staff at Carmack was professional and friendly in every way. Alex even offered me lunch as we negotiated a price for my vehicle. Alex is "down to Earth" and not only cares about making the sale, but cares about his customers future as well.
  As a single woman, I didn't feel hassled or intimidated when speaking with Alex. Iam very pleased with the outcome of the deal we negotiated for my new 2017 Dodge Journey!
