  ** I would also like to add that yes, I do work here. That's why I have used my name and not an alias of some other sort so that people know it's not fake. My name is everywhere, on my business cards, listed on the Jenna Wirth State Farm website as well as our Facebook page and multiple other places I'm sure. I'm very proud of my agency and all that we do for our customers. Why wouldn't I comment how much I care for everyone that we have? I have worked beside Jenna and now for Jenna for what will be 10 years total, as of this coming November. My boss has the biggest heart and rather or not she's in the office (which by the way, she is 90% of the time) she's only out the other 10% for her lunch or due to appointments outside of the office - despite that, she is on call 24/7, her personal cell phone # is given to each and every customer in case of emergency or general contact after hours. So in conclusion, I don't find it a bit unprofessional to say that I love my job, and I love my customers!** :)
