  Awful. The store straight up lied to me about the transaction for 2 new iphones. They asked that I come back to the store if I didn't receive the credit I was due after one month. Guess what?! I didn't receive the credit, went back to the store and received no help. They acknowledged that they told me I'd receive the credit, but gave me no resolution.
  
  Stay away -- if you must use ATT, do your business online.
